What to do if I have been passed up twice for a full-time position for people with less time then me in the company?
I been working my butt off and only had one incident that would of affected the outcome but they are suppose to interview us as if they never met us. Would this be grounds for emotional disstress?

Under the laws of all states in this county there is not cause of action for "negligent" versus "intentional" infliction of emotional distress. Given the fact that you believe that you have been unjustly passed up for promotion at work such is an internal issue with your employer/supervisor and is really not a legal issue at this time.
