Can an employer make an employee use their own time to schedule doctor’s visits regarding a work-related injury?
My hand was smashed in the elevator at work. Report was filed and I went to the doctor. I need quite a bit of therapy and my employer says I have to schedule it on my off days or take a long lunch but its all on my own time. Is this right? I am a salaried manager.

Yes, the employer may do this. The law does not require employers to allow employees to take time out from work for medical case or therapy, especially if they are salaried employees (i.e. especially if the employer would have to effectively pay the employee for not working).
