This is an issue that needs to be addressed with the court. If the a child visitation and custody orders allows for the other parent to have overnights or longer with the child, then the court must be made aware the conditions are not in the best interests of the child and could be harmful. The fact that there is no bedroom for the child raises questions about health conditions and safety for the child. Please raise this with the court to possibly amend the order.
