What can I do to clear my name, if my sister has used my name in more than one state giving me a criminal record?
I have proof of it and got one cleared with one state and thought it was over but not I found more. I have gotten finger printed to prove that case, now there are more. She was at one time arrested with drugs and giving false information to identify her (I am sure she used my name at that time as well) they figured out on that one of her identity. She is using several names. I just want my name cleared.

I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to see what he or she can do with respect to your identity being stolen and the negative impact as a result. Such a person would be able to contact the various district attorney offices in the counties where your sister improperly used your name so that it hopefully can be cleared.
