He also told me that he had looked at this piano and had told the lady that sold it to me that it was junk and not to sell it to anyone. I had no clue from the looks of this piano that it was in such condition. Can I get my money back and the cost of having it moved to my house?

If the seller knew that the piano was untunable and valueless and, knowing that, misrepresented (or lied) to you to get you to buy it, she most likely committed fraud. Fraud can provide grounds to rescind the sale (return piano, receive money back) and/or seek monetary compensation (e.g. the cost of moving). Therefore, you may have a legal claim or cause of action against her.
