What to do if after I was fired, I discovered that my former employer accessed my Facebook account?

1) If you were injured or damaged by the employer's action in some concrete way--e.g. the employer masqueraded or posted as you, damaging your reputation, or stole your identity and used that to charge something in your name--you could sue the employer. However, the law generally provides compensation only for actual losses--if you were not hurt and lost no money, there's no point in suing, since you'd spend more on the lawsuit than you'd recover.
2) You could try reporting this to the authorities: depending on the situation, it may have been a criminal act, so the employer could face some punishment.
3) No matter what, it will not affect the validity of your termination, unfortunately.
