I’ve been flicked off in front of a manager without the manager addressing it and been called “the Asian” twice by a co-worker; the first time happened a while ago and the 2nd time happened recently and is starting to fester. Also, I happened to recently get food poisoning and went home sick but on the way out had to throw up. So I went into manager’s office and vomitted in trash can. My manager was unsupportive and immediately walked out of office and went to an employee to complain.

Under the laws of all states in this country discrimination based upon race, ethnicity, gender, religion and the like in the work force is illegal. Given the problems that you have experienced at work, I suggest that you consult with your human resources department and/or your supervisor to make a record of the problem and follow up with an e mail keeping such for future use and need.
Reference to "the Asian" could possibly be deemed discriminatory depending upon the context of the ussage. The "flicking" could be a form of harassment. I suggest that you consult with a labor law attorney and/or a representative with your local department of labor about your matter.
