Usually a plea deal will be full of language disallowing the prosecutor from bringing more charges on the same set of facts that created the initial charges to begin with. The plea deal would still need to be ratified by the particular judge but please understand you cannot be forced to sign a plea deal. If you feel you have a case and didn't commit the crime, then get a new lawyer if your lawyer is not effective.
