My mother passed away about 6 mnths, am I entitled to something?
She signed over her house to my brother but had money invested. I’ve heard nothing of a Will or anything. I’ve heard my brother is spending her money. I don’t know what my rights are.

You are advised to obtain the assistance of probate legal counsel to determine if you are entitled to any part of the estate of your mother. You may be an heir entitled to receive a part of the estate left by your mother.
