What to do about damage to my motorcylce incurred during a test drive?

A gentleman test drove a motorcycle that I have for sale. He was given permission to drive around a parking lot, and took it upon himself to go around the block out of sight. He crashed the cycle and there is damage to it I want compensation for. He did not have insurance and is trying to say that he is not liable that my insurance is. Do I have a case in small claims court against him for the damages to my bikeor is he free of liability?

Hello. I would urge you to confer with private attorney counsel. Yes, conciliation court in the state of the incident would likely be the appropriate forum.

Some attorneys, myself included, will confer for free, at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for need. All the best
