Is there a stature of limitations for warrants?

My girlfriend and I were driving separate cars. She was pulled over and called me back on her cell phone to bring her license. I did but when I got there the cop took her license and my license. He then said to me, “Do you have any drugs in the car?” I said no, then he said he was going to search the car and all this other stuff so if I know if there is anything just give it to me and I will let you go. I gave him a bag of weed that was under the seat. He took it and didnt write me a ticket. At the time, I didn’t know but he did, my license was suspended. Now I have a message saying that I have a warrant out for my arrest. Could a lawyer beat this?

There could be some issues here that raise a red flag under constitutional law and you need to speak with an attorney regardless because of the warrant, so go and find one quickly.  Warrants must be vacated by a judge in order for them to be done with,  They do not expire through any means like a statute of limitations.  Get help.
