What to do if I accidentally backed into a vehicle and did not know it?
I am being charged with a misdemeanor of failure to report a collision/accident. What are the chances that I get sentenced to jail? I might have an unpaid OWI Fee in another jurisdiction, and I know I have to go pay that but my arraignment is tomorrow and I don’t know if I can get arrested for failure to pay my fine?

Your OWI is more important than failure to report. I am unsure how if you don't know you backed into a vehicle and left the scene how anyone knew it was you. It may be a vehicle that looked like yours or had similar license plate numbers. It might be best to hire an attorney to handle both matters so that one doesn't impact the other.
