What to do if the police seized my car?

They said that I sold drugs to an undercover, so my car was seized as evidence for distribution. However, they haven’t they issued a warrant for me.

Well the warrant doesn't need to be given if they arrested you with the vehicle. There may need to be some investigative work done on this by your counsel to see if the evidence can be surpressed or arrest dismissed, which could then have the effect of dismissing any charges currently pending.
