How do I get charged that were dropped expunged?
I have charges on my record that were dropped but they still show up on my record when applying for employment.

Just because a charge is dropped does not mean it is erased from your record. Contact a criminal defense attorney in your state who has had extensive experience with expungements to determine if your particular charge and dismissal qualify for expungement and after how long a period of time should you file.
