If I have finished my OPT and have applied for my H1B visa, would I be able to visit the US Virgin Islands?
I am still currently waiting for H1B approval. However, though I am no longer an active student, my F1 visa in my passport is valid for another 2 years. Would I need to show any other documentation other than my passport?

If you re planning to visit the US Virgin ISlands, no immigration paperwork is required as that is a US territory. You can bring with you your passport, of course, and a copy of the h-1b receipt notice as well as prove that your current I-94 is still valid although as a student it probably just indicates D/S.
