What is a fair settlement if I was severely bitten in arm and back by something on a train while sitting on window side with my arm against the curtain?
Covered my arm after scratching was constant then my upper back started I had on a sleeveless backless dress on. Bites were so severe I went to he ER after 2 days and was given antibiotics and steroids. The doctors said it looked like bed bug bites. I have pictures of my arm in a dress before boarding the train. The operator put in a personal injury claim and a representative asked me what did I think was a fair settlement.

Assuming you do not have significant permanent disfigurement or disability from this, a reasonable settlement would be your out-of-pocket medical costs plus another, like amount (i.e. basically double your medical costs) for your suffering, inconvenience, time spent on the matter, etc.
