What are our rights if my son was hurt at school by a bully?
irst, my son was hit in the punched in the mouth by the bully and his mouth was busted. When that happened my son did not go to school for a day due to pain in his mouth. Then about a week ago, he was punched in the head at school by this bully. He hit my son in the head so hard that now my son has a moderate concussion. The school did not notify me when this happened. No one called me and this is not the first time. My son can not go to school or and is not his self anymore. Today I also got a call from a lawyer for the principal of the school asking me what do I need further from him. I was not sure what to say. What should I do right now. The principal has admitted this happened to my song.

You appear to have a strong case here against both the school district and the boy's parents. At this point, you should consult directly with a personal injury attorney as to this situation. They can go over of the facts with you and advise you accordingly. A consultation of this type is typically free.
