What to do if I’m facing discrimination in my workplace because a boss has given my hours up to somebody much younger and he is this way to all women over 25 or with a child?
What can I do to stop this? I am tired of crying at work.

Neither federal law nor the law of your state prevents discrimination against someone for having a child, unfortunately. Federal law only protects against age discrimination against people 40 or older, which may not be you (your exact age is not indicated in your question). However, your state appears to bar *any* age discrimination, so discriminating against people age 25 over over may be illegal. You should contact the New York Division of Human Rights to file a complaint and see if they can help you.
