1) You have committed insurance fraud (and/or aided & abetted, or conspired with, your brother to commit insurance fraud), which is a felony--you could be looking at jail time, with the exact amount dependent on what precisely, you are charged with.

2) You could be fined by the government, instead of or in addition to jail time.

3) You could be sued by the insurer for any amounts they had to pay out in compensation due (at least in part) to your testimony or statements.
