Is my boss allowed to send her boyfriend to my house to wake me up to see if I can come into work?
Note she did not call me to see if I wanted to come in. At 10 am there was a man beating at my front door several times while I was sleeping. Is this legal?

Yes, it is legal--odd, and unprofessional, but legal. Any person can ask any other person to go contact a third person for them. Obviously, if you were threatened, or if this behavior is repeated to the point where it becomes harassment, then it may be illegal, but that would be because the behavior would have crossed the line into criminality but the mere act of sendng the boyfriend to your home to wake you is not itself illegal.
