In your state, a wrongful death claim (other than for product liability, such as being killed by a defective product) must be brought within two (2) years of the person's death, under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 2125.02. You write that your husband passed away two years ago: if you're not already out of time, it seems like you are rapidly running out of time. Consult with an attorney IMMEDIATELY: you may need to try file a suit right away, to preserve your right to do so--you can always dismiss the case later if, on deeper investigation or consideration, you cant find the evidence or proof you need.
