Your son can sue the company for breach of contract/account stated for the amount he is owed.
If he is a minor, you will need to be appointed guardian ad litem to file a lawsuit on his behalf because a minor cannot file a lawsuit himself. The case can be filed in Small Claims Court. In addition to the amount your son is owed, he can recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee.
