Is is legal for fees to take over 90 of settlement?
I’m receiving a settlement, yet Colorado legal fees are taking over 90 of my
settlement I live in VA. What can I do to stop them from taking all those
fees? I’ve waited over 2 years for this settlement, and feeling ripped off.

The attorney's fee should be set forth in the retainer agreement you signed. The fee is not set by law, but is usually about 1/3 in a personal injury case.
Taking over 90% of the settlement as the attorney's fee is unconscionable. It would be advisable to contact the Virginia State Bar and file a complaint.
