It is against the law to discriminate against a woman due to her pregnancy, as it is effectively that same as taking action against someone because she is a woman (since only females can become pregnant), so that is illegal. Accordingly, if you were fired solely on the basis of your preganancy, you have a case. If, however, you were fired for nothing having to do with being pregnant, than that is legal. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean that you can't be fired for other reasons.
