Can I sue a big company for causing my house value to decrease?
I bought a house almost 9 year’s ago. Then, a coal mine came in and started buying lots of property around.most are sitting vacant so there is no way of doing a good
comparison as far as property and houses that people are maintaining which is has my property to loose all its value. I’ve lost $850,000 in 8 years.

Most likely, you cannot successfully bring a claim. People (and business) are generally not liable for doing what they may lawfully do. The law allows a property owner to leave his, her, or its property vacant--it is legal for them to do this. Since they may legally do this, you are unlikely to hold them liable for doing so.
