My husband and I were married right after he had gotten out of bootcamp I was married to him the entire 4 years he spent in the navy
I have not seen him in 8 years . I have
sent him papers 3xs he won’t sign them.
Now he has disappeared all together. We
have been married for 13 years or more
is it correct that I get half of his
retirement up front when the divorce is
finalized and how do I go about getting
divorced when I do not remember his
ssn and it has been such a long time I
cant seem to find it on any old papers?
