Pre Employment Conviction Record Inquiry
I am applying for a job that conducts a conviction record inquiry. I have a
case on my record that was dismissed with prejudice via a no contest plea. Is
this considered a conviction?

If the case was dismissed (especially with prejudice), you were not convicted in that case. A dismissal means the case was dropped, not that you convicted. Therefore, if the issue is only convictions records, this should be a factor, since it was not a conviction.
