Can i sell a home I’m buying under contract of sale without involving previous owners?
I have contract of sale with
quit claim deed already in my
name. I make my payment every
month but i want out of this
town. I want to sell this house
for 5k more then purchase price
and move. The previous owner is
a drunk that won’t leave us
alone.

If deed is already in you name, you can sell without involving the previous owners: if the deed is in your name, you are the owner.
You will still have to honor the terms of your contract and pay any monies or amounts you owe under the contract: the fact that you sell the property does not end or absolve you of your obligations under the contract by which you bought the home.
