Can I be able to file for divorce in the state in which my husband lives rather than the state in which I live?
The father of my children lives in AZ; I’ve moved to SC. He told me that he didn’t want to be married anymore so we wrote out an agreement for separation and eventual divorce.

You can file in either the state in which or your husband legally resides. At this point, you should consult directly with a probate attorney in your area; they can best advise in which state in would be most adventagous for you to file in.
