Your grandfather can transfer anything that he legally is free to give to anyone that he wants, even if such property has otherwise been listed in a Will. A Will can only convey that interest a deceased person has at the time of their death. If a Will is not involved, then again, your grandfather can give you whatever he wants. That is so long he is of sound mind and not being unduly influelegally annced regarding the conveyance.
