I got a ticket for speeding I was not speeding however the ticket states the
actual color of the vehicle but the report that the deputy wrote the color of the
vehicle is not acturate even after the ticket was issued

For a clerical error such as this, a ticket will not be dismissed. The judge will just order that the report be corrected if need be.
