Can I sue someone who was cited for assault by contact?
I was pushed by a customer in my work place and
the police issued him an assault by contact citation
and I want to know if I can sue him, how to go about
it, what type of lawyer I need, and is it worth it?

You can sue for assault and battery. Battery is the physical contact. If you were not injured, it is not worth pursuing. If you were injured and have documentation of your medical treatment, then it may be worth pursuing, and you should consult a personal injury attorney.
