Do I have a wrongful termination case?
Recently, I was removed from my job on administrative leave. A few days ago my employer contacted me about an investigation and asked me a few questions. At the end of the conversation it seemed like I would be let go, though nothing has been submitted to me in writing. I believe that I was treated more severely than others because I am African American. My company has very few minority employees. Honestly, I don’t know if I still want the job but I don’t want to be fired. What should I do?

If no action is taken against you, there is no point in doing anything: for example, you only could receive, even if you were discriminated against, compensation for some loss or "injury" you suffered, so if nothing happens, there is nothing to take legal action for.
If you do suffer some negative consequence--e.g. you are fired--contact the federal EEOC or your state's equal/civil rights agency if you feel the treatment occured due to your race, to file an employment discrimination complaint; the law bars treating employees differently or worse due to their race.
