Can a lead lie to you and have you fired?
My lead told me if I left early I wouldn’t lose my job because I was within the point system. He lied to me and my contract was terminated. Can a lead lie to an employee which results in their termination?

Unfortnately, you have no claim here. While unprofessional, this action was not illegal. That is unless it violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement. the fact is that absent some form of actionable discrimination, a company can terminate an empoyee for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. This is known as "at will" employment.
