What can I do regarding false representations by the seller?
About 7 years ago, I bought a house that was built in 1939. The relocation company/seller report stated all knob and tube wiring had been removed. However, the current inspection proved this to be false. The house needs to be rewired now. Can the relocation company be held liable?

Texas has a four year statute of limitations for fraud. Since you bought the house seven years ago, the statute of limitations has tolled (expired), which means that it is too late for you to sue the seller or relocation company for fraud.
