Can a large retail corporation require a salaried assistant store manager to work full time 7 days a week indefinitelybecause sales drop when she is not there. Other assistant managers are not treated this way.

As a manager, there is no time restriction on the hours you may work in a giving week. you are a salaried employee that can work 100 hours or 39 hours a week and get the same pay. Retain managers work more hours and receive the least amount of pay in any industry. I suggest locating a new job or demanding more compensation -whether that is in the form of commission based on the sotres revenue or larger salary. You need to stand your ground if you have options.
