dislike for me by the director of child nutrition. I beleive that I have been harrassed by this woman and I have been denied promotion after I was transferred to a different school due to the lies of that manager and her cook. I have written many reports and I have my near perfect work record that I am very proud of, however this is not the issue according to them, my past evaluations play no role in their decisions and they must trust their managers. Oh boy, well sounds like this answer is going to be too late. You need to figure out what is going on. Do you have a contract with the school? If you don't most states are employment at will. If you are absolutely convinced you are being discriminated for no cause, try www.attorneypages.com and search for an employment law attorney with whom you should at least consult.
