Why were you arrested? For giving a false police report? Unfortunately, in California, if there is evidence of domestic violence, a police officer doesn't need your statement.  However, it seems by your statements herein someone is telling you to recant your statement.

How is all of a sudden you get these bruises from wrestling him? It doesn't make sense. Please contact your local abuse/women's shelter, legal aid, domestic violence clinic.  It appears something doesn't sound right.

Good luck to you.
