Coworker not doing all jobs
My coworker claims he can not do certain jobs due to arthtis and carpol tunnel but has no doctors excuse. the rest of us have to do all jobs in our area. What can i do since this is not fair to others in our department?

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do in this situation. You should make your feelings known to your supervisor, but he or she may know more about the employee's medical situation than they can tell you.
