How long does it take to get your Partial distribution from a probate court, after the lawyer has filed an application and the public notice returned?

opened in probate in 2007. found all legal heirs. Just filed end of year inventory and already posted. Put in for a partial distribution of funds. Lawyer turned into court docket already. Two hiers to the estate, splitting two ways, after all taxes and fees paid.

After all fees, taxes and any other debts have been paid, the estate's administrator needs to provide a complete accounting to the heirs, including the tax document that the heirs must file (called a K-1) when they do their own taxes.  Then the assets may be distributed in full.
