if an employee is verbally harassing others it should be reported to HR to take care of. If HR does not do anything than I would suggest reporting the harassment to the police if you feel threatened but before doing so I would suggest hiring a local attorney who specializes in this area of law. harassment is illegal and it is also illegal to do nothing about it as an employer. If the employer ignores the harassment they are liable as well as the employee. A local attorney can help you figure out what would constitute harassment and how to go about handling the situation. good luck
