If owner does not file with his insurance company = do I have to pay for broken mirror. If I don’t will he sue me. If he reports to his insurance company ,, do I have to pay his deductible? What happens if I dont pay anything? Will he report to my insurance company? We did trade insurance info and police report.

Yes, if you broke it, you are responsible for any out of pocket expenses he or she has in order to make him whole. Yes, if you don't pay, he can sue and will most likely sue. His having insurance actually has nothing to do with your responsibility to pay.
