Landlord Tenant dispute
We moved out of a home with 15 year old carpet. This home was a vacation rental, and the carpet were dirty when we arrived. They had previously had dogs in the home for many years. The landlord is ripping up the carpet in the whole house saying we ruined it and it smells. We have dogs and they were house trained. She said she is charging us for the damages. The carpet was already torn and stained in addition to being dirty to begin with. HELP

Fight it out in Court. Bring witnesses to back yp your story. Look at old photots to see if the rug happens to show up. Use your ingenuity.
