Hi, I have a court form for my next date the charge has the word repealed before it.
why does the word repealed come before my charge on the the trial date form from the court? Is it because the law has changed since my arrest or possibly any other reason? If the law has changed do I have the new law replaced by the old one on my trial date?

That certainly sounds odd to me. I'd want to see the ticket, and possibly do some research, before getting into any more detail on that one. A lawyer in your area might already know what it means, one he or she sees it. You can find attorneys in places like our website, http://attorneypages.com
If you're being charged under a repealed law (which I think is highly unlikely, but not impossible), there's almost certainly a very real problem; I'd suspect that the charge will have to be amended at some point.
