Is there a Florida law that states if there is a driver that has a license that they get added to your insurance automaticly?
I would like to know if it is the law to have someone added to your insurance when you ask what the difference would be to add someone but not actuly adding them just seeking information for future knowledge.

Just asking about adding someone to your policy does automatically add them to your policy. There is no such law in Florida or any where else as far as I know.
