If you have been arrested and charged with a crime for disorderly conduct, you should retain a criminal defense attorney to represent your interests. The reason is that whenever one is charged with a misdemeanor or a felony, there is always the possibility that jail time could be imposed if convicted or a plea to the charge is made in addition to a fine and possibly community service work.

Worse yet, a conviction will most likely pop up on one's background check for school and employment which could have a negative outcome for one long term.
