What happens after a discharge is granted?
My bankruptcy was discharged and I received a 1 page discharge from the court. Will they send anything else showing which debts were discharged? My credit shows one debt was sold/transferred. Does the purchaser of the debt (credit card) have a claim or is that automatically included in the bankruptcy? I don’t know who purchased it. My student loans are reporting $0 balances. Were they discharged?

That one page notice is all you get. It is impossible to list which debts are discharged because every debt is different and the exceptions to discharge take up several pages of the bankruptcy code and are very complex in some cases.
The purchaser of one of your debts does not have a claim against you (unless that debt was not discharged in your bankruptcy case, such as a domestic support debt).
No, the fact that the student loans are showing a zero balance (where is it showing that anyway?) doesn't mean they were discharged. It may mean that they will not seek to collect from you, or it may mean they are selling it to a collection agency, or it may mean nothing at all.
