If you had a criminal charge against you while you were a minor but the charge was only a charge and never led to a conviction, then the prior charge is meaningless for any subsequent criminal charge regarding this incident. Many people are charged with a crime but are never convicted of the allegations.
If there was a conviction of the charge as a minor, then most likely the conviction is sealed because there are many states that have laws precluding the release of juvenile criminal records.
As to the prior charge charge against you as a minor as a grounds for the annulment of the marriage, most likely that will not be a basis for any annulment.
Good luck.
