CanI sue my employer for personal injury if I was hurt by a customer and they failed to get the customer’s information?
Worker’s comp is denying my claim and since I was working at the time I couldn’t risk requesting information form the customer. My employer seems very protective of the person who ran me over since they don’t want to lose business.
