How can you enforce the division of property when one spouse is dragging their feet after the divorce is final?
Once a community property divorce has been finalized and property (house, cars, etc.) shared 50-50, the papers don’t really specify a deadline for the actual division of assets. My spouse refuses to sell anything, do I have any legal way to enforce the division of property?

You will need to go back to court and seek an amendment to the divorce decree to specify a time period so that each knows that if that time period lapses, the other is in contempt of the order, which can carry its own set of outcomes. Other than that, if you and your spouse are not civil with each other, try getting a third party to help be a neutral informal arbitor and get this moving along.
